Pastry has always been an important part of my life. I have always loved baking, eating desserts even more. Luckily, in October 2020 it became my profession. After finishing Level 3 Contemporary Patisserie and Confectionery and four years in the kitchen, I love it just as much as on my very first day, if not more.
